Attention Harris County MUD 433 Residents:
The district’s new billing system has been live since September 25, 2025. If you were previously enrolled in autopay prior to the conversion, you will need to reenroll in the new system if not yet completed, or your payment will not be processed.
You can log into the new system at https://inframark.starnik.net. In order to create an account, you will need a security code that can be found at the top right of your most recent water bill.
Additionally, you may also sign up for an Eye on Water account by visiting https://www.eyeonwater.com/signup.
Your district has installed smart meters that can be viewed remotely by logging into your Eye on Water account. You can set up alerts such as leak detections that will inform you if you have a suspected leak on your property or track your water usage that is uploaded to the cloud every 15 minutes.
