Residents of HC433 in sections 10, 15, 17 & 20:
Towne Lake (Harris County MUD 500) and Alsay Incorporated are in the process of drilling a new water well at the water plant site located at 111 Tuckerton Road. The water well drilling process requires big equipment that can be loud during certain tasks being performed. In order to try our best to reduce the noise to not disturb those around the work area a sound wall has been put up between the HC MUD 500 Water Plant and HC MUD 433 Wastewater Treatment Facility.
Below is the tentative construction schedule of when they plan on completing each portion of this job. The highlighted items could require overnight work:
The Cypress Creek Lakes MUD District’s are concerned about excessive water usage in the District. With the current Drought Conditions, it is important for residents to take an active role in reducing the use of water. The most common reason a Drought Contingency Plan is implemented is due to the demand placed onto a water system by the community. This occurs as a result of supply capabilities struggling to meet irrigation/usage demands. You can proactively help the MUD avoid hitting mandatory stages of the Drought Contingency Plan and maintain adequate water pressure by following some of the tips and recommendations outlined below:
