Water Conservation Requested

Attention Residents:

Inframark is working diligently to ensure water and wastewater services remain online. In an effort to conserve we ask that all residents refrain from the storing of water such as the filling of bathtubs. The resources and majority of our water supply from the City of Houston are being curtailed which reduces the amount of capacity we can supply. The higher demand of water due to storage, service line breaks and leaks are causing higher than typical demands at this time and depleting our resources much quicker.

Water Meter Installation

Residents in Section 18, 14, 16, 19 and 12!

Harris County Mud No. 433 will be replacing all water meters, with the goal of improving water conservation as well as offer the residents capabilities to monitor water consumption and setup leak alerts.

Starting in November and over the coming month if you are in Section 18, Section 14, Section 16, Section 19 and Section 12 you will see a greater presence of Inframark vehicles and employees throughout your section. During the meter installation your water service may be interrupted for 20-40 minutes. An Inframark employee will knock on your door prior to replacing your meter to inform you that your water will be shut off.

Please note: There may be a 1-2 week delay before you can initially setup your eyeonwater account.
