New Water Well

Residents of HC433 in sections 10, 15, 17 & 20:

Towne Lake (Harris County MUD 500) and Alsay Incorporated are in the process of drilling a new water well at the water plant site located at 111 Tuckerton Road.

The water well drilling process requires big equipment that can be loud during certain tasks being performed. In order to try our best to reduce the noise to not disturb those around the work area a sound wall has been put up between the HC MUD 500 Water Plant and HC MUD 433 Wastewater Treatment Facility.

We appreciate your patience during construction.

Upgrades to Water Treatment Plant

To: Residents of the Harris County MUD 433 District

Harris County MUD 433, BGE, Inc., R&B Group, Inc., and Alsay Incorporated will be working collectively on essential upgrades at the Water Treatment Plant that supplies potable water to Cypress Creek Lakes. Beginning in May, Alsay Incorporated will be drilling a new water well at the water plant site located on Beacon Crossing Lane. The Water Well Drilling process requires a lot of big equipment to complete our wells. This equipment can be loud at certain tasks being performed but we are trying our best to reduce the noise to not disturb everyone around the job site location. We ask that you have patience with us during the process and please avoid going on the job site due to the site being dangerous to anyone not authorized to be there.

There is a tentative construction schedule below of when we plan on completing our portion of this job and have highlighted some of the processes that could require overnight work. For updates or changes to the schedule please visit www.hcmud433.com.

We appreciate your patience with us during construction and apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions pertaining to the well drilling process or anything related to construction, feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,
